ARRK's ability to provide complete product development means more than the process-by-process pursuit of quality and added value. ARRK's comprehensive system to support development is, in itself, a value-added product which has been recognized by industrial design companies, as a strategy that places ARRK among the leaders in the industry.

mUse for Prototype Modeln

Prototype models have extensive applications in the new product development process.

Example include:

” Market research: prototypes are used to gather valuable customer feedback prior totool-up, manufacture and release of a product. For instance, dummy samples of cellular phones may be displayed in focus group sessions, tradeshows or at a retail location in order to gather customer or dealer input.
” Product planning: prototypes are used internally by marketing and sales to strategize the marketing launch and campaign.
” Engineering and manufacturing evaluation: prototypes are used to check form, fit and function and perform manufacturing analysis. The model that ascertains whether the internal parts of the product, that is based on the plan, functions accurately or not.
” Develop collateral support materials: prototypes are photographed in order to developTV commercials, newspapers, and magazine ads and public relations campaigns before product is available.

[Type of prototype modeln

Application for prototype models fit into two broad classes: Design models are used for physical and appearance checks, Working models are used for pre-manufacturing analysis of internal parts and technical functionality. However, the time forthedevelopment process compresses, models are frequently required to fulfill both functions.
